誠邀參與 - 2022 建造業議會建築信息模擬比賽

The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has been organising CIC BIM Competition annually from 2019 and providing an excellent platform to strengthen the knowledge on BIM and reveal the potential of the new generation to demonstrate their BIM talents. The competition promotes practical uses of BIM through collaborative and competitive learning approach among higher education students in construction related disciplines.

Now in its fourth year, "CIC BIM Competition 2022" aims to challenge the participant's creativity and innovation in the design of transitional housing with the use of BIM. The competition is only eligible to full-time higher education (post-secondary) students in forming up a team of 3 to 5 members, with students from minimum 2 construction disciplines.

By joining this competition, students will have opportunities to receive free licenses of various BIM software and attend a series of hands-on BIM Software training webinars on them. There will also be mentors with professional background providing guidance and support for participating teams.

建造業議會自2019年起每年舉辦「建造業議會建築信息模擬比賽」，是加強新一代對建築信息模擬的認識及發掘潛力的機會，亦是同學展示技能的一個平台。該比賽透過協作和具競爭性的學習方法，向修讀建築相關學科的大專學生推廣建築信息模擬的實際應用。

踏入第四屆的「2022建造業議會建築信息模擬比賽」，旨在挑戰參賽者創造力和運用創新的建築信息模擬技術設計過渡性房屋。比賽僅允許全日制高等教育（專上）學生，以3至5名來自多於一個建築相關學科的成員組成團隊參賽。

透過參加是次比賽，同學將有機會免費試用多個建築信息模擬軟件及出席一系列有關軟件的網上培訓課程。參賽隊伍更會獲安排來自專業背景的導師提供指導及支援。

Furthermore, as the Education Bureau approved the competition under the Innovation, science and technology category, the winners may have a chance to receive $10,000 from the "Talent Development Scholarship (TDS)" established by the HKSAR Government which aims to give recognition to students for their achievements and talents in other non-academic fields. Application for the scholarship must be made through the institutions concerned.

Students who are interested in the competition, please register online now. The registration deadline will be on 28 January 2022 while submission deadline will be on 1 June 2022.

此外，是次比賽作為教育局認可的創新和科技活動，得獎者更有機會獲得由香港特區政府成立的「才藝發展獎學金」的$10,000獎學金，以表揚學生在非學術領域的才能及成就。而其申請必須透過院校名義遞交。

有興趣同學可於網上報名，截止報名日期為2022年1月28日，而設計提交截止日期為2022年6月1日。
