The CIC BIM Advanced Workshop aims at enhancing practitioners' BIM skill level by providing hands-on opportunities on different BIM related software. This time, we are pleased to have RIB Software in supporting our BIM Advanced Workshop.

Content of the workshop (Information provided by vendor):

In the digitalization journey of construction companies, point solutions often lead to data silo, complicated workflows and productivity lose. To maximize productivity, streamline workflows and achieve long-term digitalization success, the industry needs an integrated and scalable cloud platform.

In this workshop, we will introduce and provide hands-on experiences of the MTWO construction enterprise cloud platform and its end-to-end project management working method.

• Cost and procurement management - 5D BIM integration for estimating, quantity takeoff, bidding and tendering and procurement
• Project execution management - 5D BIM scheduling, on site management, quality and safety management
• Prefabrication management - Prefab sales, utilization planning, prefab engineering, production, stock/delivery, mounting
• Enterprise cloud platform - workflow management, master data, platform scalability
