Why this gathering

The HKIA 70th Anniversary International Symposium, titled “Architecture N.O.W.! – Building Net-zero, Opportunities, and Wellbeing,” will be held on 24-25 November 2026 at the Hopewell Hotel and the Hong Kong Palace Museum. The symposium will explore a future in which architects confront environmental, societal, and technological pressures by advancing net-zero design, leveraging AI to enhance a human-centric built environment, and strengthening community resilience. To complement the symposium, guided tours for guests will also be arranged on 25 and 26 November 2026.
