Terms of Reference 

1. To identify the types of BIM and Construction Digitalisation (CD) standards, common practices, or reference documents which are essential or beneficial to facilitate the local Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Owner & Operator (AECOO) industry and prioritise for development to better adopt BIM and CD in the aspect of project execution.
2. To prepare, develop, promote and encourage adoption by industry the BIM and CD standards, common practices, or reference documents as identified and prioritised.
3. To engage consultant(s) as necessary and oversee consultancy management and deliverables.
