Terms of Reference

1. To make recommendations to the Committee on Building Information Modelling (BIM) in relation to the development of BIM training in Hong Kong.
2. To identify the industry’s needs in terms of the content of BIM training and BIM-related graduate attributes for provision of practical views/ recommendations to Higher Education institutions.
3. To provide recommendations and feedback on BIM-related training courses developed or offered by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction.
4. To formulate strategies and action plan for providing sufficient BIM-related training capacity of the whole industry to meet with the demands.
5. To engage consultant(s) as necessary and oversee consultancy management and deliverables.
