4S Webinar Series on “No Deep Learning” Multi-sensory AI approach for enhancing Construction Safety
23/04/2025 | 15:30 - 16:30
Smart Site Safety System (SSSS) can uplift the site safety performance through early identification of potentially dangerous incidents or dangers and taking immediate follow-up mitigation actions. In addition, by analysing the data collected by SSSS, the crux of the safety problems could be revealed for formulating enhancement measures. We are glad to have the participation of WildFaces Technology Limited to introduce their solution in this session. Outline of the webinar (information provided by vendor): WildFaces' Smart Safety Multi-Sensory Analytics System utilizing video, sound & smell AI, through our No Deep Learning "Intuitive AI" approach, is able to enhance construction safety & compliance without imposing a massive labor-intensive training exercise on novice construction industry professionals. The system provides for the practical use of AI that can adapt well to complex construction environments ensuring safer, more efficient operation. In addition to automatic monitoring of construction progress, its video-based AI system can ensure early detection of any safety concerns including: Alerting trespassers as they approach dangerous working zones. Alerting for the improper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or the lack of appropriate safety gear Ensuring proper crane lifting activities plus many more Its smell analytics can detect complex smells such as those from toxic or hazardous chemicals to protect workers who may need to go underground or into confined spaces. The system can be trained to pick up any new specific or non-specific smells that pose safety concerns. Its sound analytics can understand non-conversational sounds that can be an indicator of possible machine failure, such as vibrations, squeaking wheels, flushing, water running, extra loud engine noises, engine acceleration, cars backfiring, wind blowing, water dripping, glass breaking and so on. About WildFaces WildFaces' patented Multi-Sensory "On-The-Move" AI utilizes video, sound and smell analytics from moving IoTs such as PTZ cameras/ sound & smell devices on moving drones & walking robots. As a spinoff of iOmniscient, the world's longest standing independent AI provider, the company group has delivered 300+ AI use cases to 30+ industries across 70 countries. More importantly, WildFaces has inhouse R&D developers in Hong Kong that can easily combine all Multi-Sensory Analytics to solve your specific pain-points. Speaker: Mr. Eric WONG, Senior AI Business Consultant, Wildfaces Technology Limited Should you have any queries, please contact Ms. Julia LI (email: dthub@cic.hk). Remarks: An electronic copy of CPD attendance certificate will be issued to participants with over 80% attendance within one month after the live webinar. Any attendance on replay sessions after webinar will not be considered for CPD attendance certificate. Replay video is now exclusive for i-Club members, please click here to join i-Club.
