Terms of Reference

1. To identify projects and carry out pilot BIM submissions to the Buidlings Department (BD) for approval and consent.
2. To identify challenges (if any) and develop solutions.
3. To recommend solutions to streamline workflow for BIM submissions to the BD.
4. To develop, promote and encourage adoption of plug-in and the like supporting tools for BIM applications.
5. To identify training requirements.
6. To identify improvements required to BIM Standards.
7. To capture lessons learnt and prepare guidance notes on best practice for reference by the industry.
