CIC published the CIC BIM Standards (Phase 1) in 2015. To cope with the industry needs, CIC is reviewing the existing BIM Standards (Phase 1) and developing new Standards in specific disciplines (Phase 2).

To ensure the developed standards could meet the industry needs, we are organizing “BIM Standards Stakeholders Consultation Forums” to collect views and comments from BIM practitioners on existing CIC BIM Standards (Phase 1) and newly developed draft CIC BIM standards (Phase 2) which includes a) Mechanical Electrical Plumbing(MEP) Level of Development b) Underground Utilities(UU).

Content / Rundown:

Session 1: Consultation on enhancement requirements for CIC BIM Standards (Phase 1) (~1 hour)

Session 2: Consultation on draft CIC BIM Standards Phase 2 (MEP LOD) (~1.5 hour)

Session 3: Consultation on draft CIC BIM Standards Phase 2 (Underground Utilities) (~1 hour)
